3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the boba59 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and any remaining Balance forfeited without refund.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The boba59 Platform is intended for users who are residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and while using the Platform. boba59 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.3 Capacity

You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that you are betting with your own funds.

3.4 Self-Exclusion and Restriction

You confirm that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on any platform, nor are you subject to any gambling-related restrictions or bans. If you have previously self-excluded from boba59 or any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to register a new Account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify boba59 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. boba59 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify boba59 immediately of any changes to your personal details (email, phone number, address). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

boba59 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your boba59 Account are your own and are not derived from illegal activity. boba59 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, provided that:

• Your Account has been successfully verified via KYC.
• You meet the minimum withdrawal threshold (currently Rp 50,000).
• All active bonus wagering requirements have been met or forfeited.
• You are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (24/7), subject to completion of security checks. In exceptional cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours if additional verification is required. Withdrawal fees are not charged by boba59, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

5.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments (using another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. Any deposit or withdrawal made from or to a third-party account will be reversed, and your Account may be closed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "35x wagering requirement" means you must wager 35 times the bonus amount before withdrawal). Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements. Bonus bets and voided bets do not count.

6.3 Abuse and Fraud

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions, collusion with other players, or exploiting errors or loopholes in the bonus system. boba59 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Once forfeited, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your Account, and only your deposited funds remain. If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in play, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be automatically forfeited unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when you receive on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your Account history. boba59 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraud, collusion, or technical error. If a bet is refused, your stake will be immediately returned to your Account Balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, game, and market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. boba59 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual players at any time, particularly for players who demonstrate consistent winning patterns or expert knowledge.

7.4 Void Bets and Cancellations

A bet may be voided (cancelled with stakes refunded) in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed beyond the scheduled date
• A clear pricing error or technical malfunction occurred at the time the bet was placed
• The result of the event is already known at the time the bet was placed (late betting)
• The bet was placed by an ineligible user (underage, self-excluded, or from a restricted jurisdiction)

boba59's decision on whether to void a bet is final and binding.

7.5 Results and Settlement

All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport or game. In the event of a disputed result, boba59 will follow the official result published by the sport's governing authority. Settlement of bets typically occurs within minutes of the conclusion of the event, but may take longer for complex markets or pending official confirmation.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by boba59

boba59 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Your Account is being used for money laundering or other criminal purposes
• You are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform

In the event of suspension or closure, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms wrongdoing, all funds may be forfeited. If the investigation clears you of wrongdoing, your Balance will be refunded.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining Balance. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened, and you will not be permitted to register a new Account in the future.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or bet activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, boba59 may classify your Account as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from your remaining Balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

11. Limitations of Liability

The boba59 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. boba59 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, boba59 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11.3 Force Majeure
